Standard of Accommodation
We believe we have represented the standard of accommodation accurately. The villa  has a high standard of cleanliness, comfort and furnishing. However, country properties are not graded in the conventional way. Some details may be different from other countries but are in keeping with local traditions (eg: hard floors).

Registration of Guests
On arrival, guests will be asked for their passports or identity cards, so that they can be registered in accordance with Italian regulations. Therefore, only guests listed on the booking form and who have registered may stay in the farmhouse. No changes or substitutions can be made.

Heating
In cooler months, heating is available. It is payable at the end of the holiday according to the amount consumed.

Accidents, Injury or Theft
We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury whilst on holiday. We strongly recommend all guests to take out adequate travel insurance to cover healthcare, cancellation, travel, accident and injury. European residents are advised to obtain an E1.11 now available in card form (in the UK, call 0845 4647). This entitles the holder to benefit from reciprocal health agreements, which exist between certain European countries. Please note, that this does not substitute travel insurance in any way and does not cover emergency repatriation if required.. "holiday-villa-in-tuscany.com" cannot be held responsible for the theft of any personal belongings whilst on holiday. Guests are advised to close all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Problems/Complaints
We will do our very best to resolve any problems that might occur during your stay. In the event of difficulty we should be informed immediately, so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that if you do not communicate a problem to us immediately it makes it very difficult for us to help you. Problems or complaints received at the end of a holiday will not be taken into consideration.
