Fernanda Baldini has many years experience in the local restaurants of Caprese Michelangelo, including "Il Faggieto", one of the top restaurants in the area.
She will show you how to make home made pasta, gnocchi with truffle sauce, zuppa di Farro (spelt soup),mushroom risotto,panna cotta and tirimisu.

Flights can be booked to Perugia with Ryan air (one hour from villa) or to Florence with Meridiana (two hours away) - see "Getting there" for more information.
