Welcome to Villa Radicata, our beautiful Holiday Villa in Tuscany.  We are Mike and Rita Kobrak, multi lingual tour guides. After spending many years organizing and conducting tours of Italy and other parts of Europe we decided to search for our house under the Tuscan sun. Villa Radicata is a dream come true for us. It took us five long years of searching to find our perfect home. When we first set eyes on Villa Radicata, we immediately fell in love with it.  Words such as cosy or charming don’t do it justice  It’s hard to describe the feeling, it just felt right, we knew we had found what we had dreamt about for so long.

Villa Radicata was once home to a large Italian family who cultivated the land around the house. Restoration has brought the villa tastefully back to life, adding a swimming pool and all modern comforts, whilst keeping the original character intact and sleeping up to ten guests. Today your family and friends can enjoy our holiday villa in Tuscany, with outstanding views of Lake Montedoglio and the Upper Tiber Valley, for a relaxing break. The beautiful surrounding countryside is ideal for walking cycling, horse riding, or exploring the nearby Italian art treasures.
